I lived here for 4 weeks, it is very good place, the rooms are clean and view excellent, staff are friendly, it is near town so transport is not a problem, hotel restaurant is great food local and international, all drinks available in bar, TV and Airconditioning in all rooms, door cards also controls Electricity, indoor restaurant/bar is great, lifts work great and engineers are within, It is five floors so you can use stairways for abit of exercise if you prefer. Taxi and boda are outside hotel waiting for you.

Very nice hotel, will recommend, very nice service, restaurants open 24/7 * it is located in a Very BUSY commercial section of the city so ask for room on higher floor to minimise noise. * Street clean, Wi-Fi excellent, easy access for your Uber driver, also free parking onsite * Special thanks to all the staffs especially Rhema, Gertrude, Tumaini, Peter. * Highly recommend and will visit again
Florida hotel in the heart of Kariako is an executive hotel situated within the walkable environment with a wide variety of shops and stores
I was here again and the first thing after I checked in was to order "ugali samaki", whole changu fish - red snapper, fresh and very tasty. Liked location, food, hospitality and security at this place.
Rooms are good and clean. However it's down town in kariakoo bit noisy during day.
I like this hotel for its small and cosy restaurant (especially on evening), nice east-african breakfast, light rooms. Staff is incredibely lovely and helpful. Many thanks for Will, Peter, ladies from the restaurant, reception and housekeeping!
